When former Sydney-based, Property Manager, Teresa Hill, decided to buy her first investment property, it was in Coffs Harbour. And like so many investors who ‘future proof’ by buying in a coastal hamlet, just two years later Teresa and her family hit the fast forward button on their sea change.
An athletic person who chose Property Management over becoming a PE teacher, the former competitive gymnast and tennis player brought 30 years of real estate experience with her, having worked in every facet of property management over three decades.
That substantial experience means Teresa knows how to offer landlords an honest and direct approach, combined with top-level service, in an industry which requires creative problem solving in an ever-changing legislative environment.
