Jesse began her real estate journey in 2021 on reception, where she built a strong foundation across the industry while supporting both sales and property management teams. This hands-on experience gave her valuable insight into the many moving parts of real estate and helped her develop a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for property management.
Jesse enjoys the people-focused nature of the role and takes pride in building lasting relationships with both tenants and landlords. She understands the importance of clear communication and prompt service. Jesse is committed to ensuring tenants feel at home while ensuring property owners investments are well cared for. Jesse brings a proactive, reliable, and approachable attitude to every aspect of her work, always striving to deliver a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
Growing up in Coffs Harbour, Jesse has developed a strong connection to and in-depth knowledge of the local area and community. Outside of the office, she enjoys a busy home life, spending her time chasing after her twin toddlers and making the most of family time.
